Design my Space offers professional, fast, all-inclusive interior design services at a highly competitive price point. Each of our dedicated designers will work closely with you to meticulously create your dream space. You will be in direct contact with a designer from the initial consultation through to the end result. How does the process work?

Get started by booking your free consultation online. During your consultation, our designer will learn exactly what you are aiming to achieve in your space. Your designated designer will answer as many questions as you like, and you will be able to keep in touch with your designer via email or cellphone.

Once you purchase your package, send through basic measurements and photos of your space. Feel free to provide us with your inspiration from Pinterest, Houzz, Instagram or other visual sources. From here on our designer will get to work!

You will receive your initial design proposal within 5 working days. You will then have a chance to give our designer feedback on the concept to further refine the design. You may revise your design up to 4 times at this point! Once you are completely happy with the design, our designer will complete the final room design package within 15 business days.

How much will it cost?

All our packages cost a once-off flat fee with no additional charges. Our basic Design Mini package costs £79. Our Design Essential package costs £99. Our Design Core and Design Plus packages cost a once-off fee of £199 and £249. Don’t forget that you will also receive a discount when 2 or more rooms are purchased.

What's included in the free consultation?

All our packages include an initial consultation to allow our designer to get to know you, your space and what you are aiming to achieve. In general you can expect to chat about the overall process, the timeline for your project, your style and functional needs. Once a package is purchased you will have the option to schedule an unlimited number of follow-up calls throughout the process to discuss and change your design.

How long does the process take?

Once you have sent through all your information (room measurements, photos and inspiration images) you will receive your initial mood board and floor plan within 5 business days. You will then have a chance to give our designer feedback to get your design exactly right! Once you are completely happy with the design, our designer will complete the final room design package within 5-10 business days. You will also receive 1-6 months post-design assistance for any help you might need in making it happen!

Services and Packages

How do I know which package is right for me?

This can be discussed in the initial consultation with our professional designer. Generally, the Design Essential package will provide more than enough content and support to refresh your space!

However, if you need three-dimensional visualisations of your space alongside additional support from our professional designers the Design Core and Design Plus packages would be more appropriate. Our most popular package is our Design Core package!

What does a design package include?

All Design Packages include:

  • Direct communication between you and your designer
  • 1 x personalised mood board of your room
  • A shopping list
  • Post-design assistance

The Design Core and Design Plus packages would also include three-dimensional visualisations of your space in addition to extra post-design support ranging from 2-6 months.

What kind of rooms can Design my Space design for me?

We can help you design any room in your house! This includes your living room, dining room, open living/dining space, entryway, bedroom, home office, nursery, bathroom, kitchen and outdoor areas.

What is the maximum room size?

The maximum room size for Design Essential and Design Core is 25sqm and up to 40sqm for Design Plus.

Can I include furniture I already own in my design?

We can include your existing furniture into your design! At the start of the project, you can send through photos and details of all items you wish to keep. This will help our designer seamlessly incorporate your furniture into the design.

Will my package also include paint and finishes?

Yes! Our designers ensure that every aspect of your room, including finding the perfect paint colour and deciding on floor finishes, is covered.

Do your designers also help with bespoke joinery?

Yes! Whether it is a custom bookcase or built-in tv unit our designers will provide you with design concept drawings and finishes for any bespoke items.

Can I use Design my Space for my business?

Working with your designer

How will my designer know my style and what I like?

Our designers will thoroughly review all the information you send to understand your space and style. Our designers will answer as many questions as you like! There will be plenty of one-on-one time with your designer throughout the design process to ensure that you will be completely happy with the end result!

How much time do I get with my designer?

You can communicate with your designer for an unlimited amount of time during the design process. You will also receive 1-6 months post-design assistance for any help you might need in making it happen!

How many times can I change my design?

You may revise your design up to 4 times in the preliminary design stages. Once you have received your final design package, you have 1 free revision on the Design Essential and Design Core options and 2 free revisions on the Design Plus option.

What if I don’t like my design?

Let your designer know about it! We understand that design is a process and sometimes it takes a few revisions to get things perfect. For this reason, we offer up to four design revisions in the preliminary stages. Once you receive your design, let your designer know your thoughts. You can contact them with feedback and request a revision at any time. Then, sit back and relax while they get to work on perfecting your vision!

Discounts and Promotions

Can I design multiple rooms at once?

Yes, you can. You can select multiple rooms at checkout and receive a 10% discount when 2 or more rooms are purchased! You will also work with the same designer across your entire home!

Do your design packages expire?

No. Once purchased, our design packages will never expire! So you can buy as many rooms as you want at a discount now and start the design process at any time.

Does Design my Space offer gift cards?

Yes. Give the gift of beautiful design to your friends and family with the Design my space gift card. Request a gift card at queries@designmyspace.uk.
